Membership for Syrian Companies

This system presents the rules and mechanisms for the affiliation of Syrian companies to the SYRIA-CHINA FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION ASSOCIATION, aiming to enhance mutual commercial, economic, and cultural cooperation.

Membership is a status granted to Syrian companies and institutions wishing to join the SYRIA-CHINA FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION ASSOCIATION, with the goal of strengthening economic, commercial, and cultural cooperation with China.

Membership conditions

  1. The company must be officially registered in the Syrian Arab Republic
  2. Submission of a formal application with the required documents (Commercial Register, Tax Card, Company Activity Summary)
  3. Compliance with the Association’s rules and regulations
  4. Payment of the annual membership fee

Member rights

  1. Obtain an official membership certificate
  2. Use the Association’s logo in marketing activities under specific conditions
  3. Participate in cooperation programs with Chinese entities
  4. Benefit from commercial, and legal consultancy services (depending on membership level)
  5. Priority recommendation for partnerships with Chinese counterparts

Member duties

  1. Respect the Association’s laws and regulations
  2. Notify of any changes in company information
  3. Adhere to commercial conduct rules with Chinese partners
  4. Cooperate in the Association’s activities

Suspension or termination of membership

  1. Non-payment of annual fees within 60 days of the due date
  2. Committing violations that harm the reputation of the Association
  3. Providing false information during registration

The Board of Trustees has the right to review and amend this system annually in accordance with economic and commercial developments between Syria and China.
